Diaphragmatic Breathing      Movie:Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy(2019)  It is also called deep breathing .It is a simple technique taught to gastrointestinal patients to help them manage stress caused by gastrointestinal (GI) conditions.  Centering one's breath is a successful method for empowering the body to unwind. While rehearsing diaphragmatic breathing, the stomach, instead of the chest, moves with every breath, extending while at the same time breathing in and contracting while at the same time breathing out. Intentionally focusing on every breath serves to occupy and calm the psyche. To Practice Diaphragmatic Breathing: ‌Sit or lie in a comfortable place.
